The State Process Lab training focused on topics such as ethics, goal setting, values, teamwork, leadership, learning from real-life situations, convergence matrix, theory of change, public management, and developing actionable plans. The sessions aimed to strengthen the role of Aadi Karmayogis in delivering effective governance and services at the grassroots level, aligning with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. After the completion of the State Process Lab, a one-day District Level Orientation and a three-day District Process Lab will be conducted across all 12 districts of Meghalaya. These will be followed by Block Level Orientations in all 53 blocks. Upon completion of these phases, community mobilization activities will begin at the village level, including preparation of Village Vision Plans, village maps, and Village Action Plans
