In connection with Nongpoh Women PS Case No. 64(10)2026 U/S 3(a)/4/14(2)/15(1)(2) of the POCSO Act, the general public is hereby strictly cautioned against circulating, forwarding, sharing or disseminating the obscene video involving the minor victim through WhatsApp or any other digital or social media platform.
Any person found engaging in such acts shall be liable for strict legal action in accordance with the law.
The public is directed to respect the privacy and dignity of the victim and refrain from any act that may disclose the victim’s identity
