Title: Mahendraganj CHC Strengthens Maternal and Community Healthcare Through Kit Distribution and Field Visits

Dr. N. A. Khan, Medical Superintendent-cum-Senior Medical and Health Officer-in-Charge of Mahendraganj Community Health Centre (CHC), distributed CMSMS mother and baby kits and visited healthcare facilities and public health programmes under the CHC on Thursday.
The mother and baby kits were distributed in the presence of Staff Nurse Jenitha Koch, Selim Miah, Sub-Inspector (SI), Reaz Miah, IPA Manager, and Imran Haque, Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Data Entry Operator.
The kits are designed to provide mothers and newborns with essential items while promoting awareness of maternal and newborn health, personal hygiene, breastfeeding practices and the importance of timely access to healthcare services. The initiative seeks to support mothers during the crucial period surrounding childbirth and encourage healthy practices for the well-being of both mother and child
