Title: Fact-Finding Committee Reschedules Hearing on Shree Cement Company Matter to October 16

Earlier, vide Public Notice No. POL.95/2026/Pt./18 dated October 7, 2026, the Committee had informed those who had filed representations that they could appear in person before the Committee on October 13, 2026, at the Circuit House, Khliehriat, East Jaintia Hills District.
However, in a subsequent public notice No. POL.95/2026/Pt./21, Dated October 10, 2026, the Committee informed that the hearing has been rescheduled to October 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM onwards, at Committee Room IV, Meghalaya (Civil) Secretariat, Main Building, Shillong, instead of the Circuit House, Khliehriat.
All persons who have filed representations in connection with the matter may appear before the Fact-Finding Committee at the revised venue and date, along with their relevant documents in original
