Title: Meeting with Political parties held to brief the present status of Special Intensive Revision in Dadenggre, Tikrikilla and Raksamgre Sub-Divisions

During the meeting, the Additional Deputy Commissioner briefed on the status of the implemention of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in 44- Raksamgre (ST), 45- Tikrikilla (ST) and 49- 49-Dadenggre (ST) Assembly Constituencies.
Mentioning that draft electoral roll was published on 05- 08-2026 after which time was given to all the electors to file claims and objections if any.
He further, informed about the revised schedule for filing Claims and objections from 05-08-2026 to 18-09-2026, while the Notice or disposal of Claims and objections is from 05-08-2026 to 17-10-2026 and Final Publication of Electoral Rolls is on 21-10-2026.
Therefore, if there is any claim for the inclusion of a name in the photo electoral roll or any objections to the inclusion of names or any objections to particulars in any entries, it should be lodged between the period of 05-08-2026 to 18-09-2026 in form 6, 6A, 7 and 8 as may be appropriate.
Every such claim or objection should either be presented in the Sub-Divisional office (Election) not later than the aforesaid date or to the Booth Level Officer in your respective polling station or sent by post to the office address so as to reach the office not later than the aforesaid date
