The Hon’ble Court of Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills, Khliehriat has found Shri. Shap Lamurong guilty of the offence and convicted him under Section 5(l)/5(m)/5(n)/6/9(n)/10 POCSO Act.
The Hon’ble Court has sentenced him to undergo “Rigorous Imprisonment for life with fine of ₹50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) and 7 (seven) years with fine of ₹25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only)” vide Order dated 24.08.2026
