Upon completion of the trial, the Hon’ble Court found the accused guilty and sentenced Shri Salwi Shadap to 20 (TWENTY) YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT, along with a fine of ₹ 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) for the offence under Section 3(a) punishable under Section 4(2) of the POCSO Act, 2019
