Briefing the media after the BAC meeting, Hon'ble Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, Shri Thomas A. Sangma, said the committee unanimously agreed on the proposed calendar. The meeting was attended by Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister in-charge of Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Prestone Tynsong, Hon'ble Leader of the Opposition, Dr. Mukul M. Sangma, Hon'ble Opposition Chief Whip, Shri Charles Pyngrope, Secretary of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Shri Malthus S Sangma and other members.
The Hon'ble Speaker said the five-day session will comprise three days of Government Business and two days of Private Members' Business
