Title: Door- to-Door Distribution of SIR Forms Underway in North Garo Hills

Description:
During their house-to-house visits in the Mendipathar, Salpara and Dekachang localities, BLOs verified households, distributed SIR forms, and provided detailed information on the revision process. They also explained the purpose of the Special Intensive Revision and guided residents on the importance of verifying their electoral details and filing claims or objections, wherever necessary, to ensure that no eligible voter is left out of the electoral roll.
The public has been informed that the qualifying date for the Special Intensive Revision is October 1, 2026. The Draft Electoral Roll will be published on August 5, 2026, while the Final Electoral Roll is scheduled for publication on October 7, 2026.
The District Administration has appealed to all eligible voters to cooperate with the BLOs during the verification process and ensure that their electoral details are accurate and up to date
