Title: Chief Minister Shri Conrad K. Sangma chaired a review meeting on the redevelopment of Tura Town

The meeting reviewed the progress of ongoing projects and discussed the plan for upcoming works to be implemented in phases.
Ongoing projects with a total investment of over ₹1331 crores were reviewed. These include the Tura Integrated Administrative Complex (₹165 crores), expected to be completed in phases starting September 2027, the PA Sangma Sports Complex and its West Stand, the Pa Togan Sangma Track & Field Stadium, and the Tura Technology Park.
Other ongoing works include the beautification of Tura Bazaar, construction of a Convention Centre, Pelga Tourist Circuits & Hospitality Complex, Working Women’s Hostel, heliport development, and the Tura Water Supply Scheme.
The redevelopment of Polo Orchid Hotel is expected to begin soon.
