Title: Recovery of Male Dead Body at Lumshnong, East Jaintia Hills – Public Assistance Sought for Identification

Description:
On 22-04-2026, received information from the local public that 1 (one) male dead body was found lying at Lumshnong Wahlarung, East Jaintia Hills near a drain along the Highway NH-06. Accordingly, during enquiry the deceased was identified as Shri Abdul Latif, (51 years), S/o Alal Uddin, R/o Ambari Part-III, Rangguuli, Goalpara, Assam. And after observing all legal formalities, the dead body was being kept at Morgue, Khliehriat Hospital, East Jaintia Hills District, for identification and claim by the respective family members and relatives.
The general public is hereby requested to come forward and provide any information if they have any knowledge of the deceased, his family members and relatives
