Title: Prohibitory Order Under Section 163 BNSS Restricts Overloaded Vehicles on Dawki Bridge to 9 Metric Tonnes

in order to prevent further deterioration of the bridge and road, and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), I, Shri Gautam Warjri, MCS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pynursla Civil Sub-Division, hereby pass this Prohibitory Order prohibiting any driver, person, owner, etc. from plying overloaded trucks/vehicles carrying loads/materials exceeding 9.00 (nine) metric tonnes through Dawki Bridge.
Any violation of this order shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and other applicable provisions of law.
In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is passed ex-parte and shall come into force with immediate effect throughout the jurisdiction of Pynursla Civil Sub-Division
