The factory named M/s Meghalaya Survey situated at Lachumiere Hills, Shillong, Meghalaya, registered under the Factories Act, 1948, under Registration No. SH/14 is henceforth derecognised as the unit does not constitute a "Factory" as per the provision of Section 2m(i) of the Factories Act, 1948 and the Meghalaya Factories Rules, 1980. Hence, its name has been deleted from the list of registered factories in the State of Meghalaya
