The program is being organized by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis, IIM Shillong and Department of Commerce & Industries, Govt. of Meghalaya for 4 days from 22nd to 25th September 2025. Dr. Sanjeev K. Ningombam, Centre Coordinator gave the welcome address to the participants and encouraged them to share their challenges at work place and provide valuable suggestions for inclusion of subjects that would aid in better public delivery mechanisms. He acknowledged the mutually benefitted partnership between the Department of Commerce & Industries and IIM Shillong that would go a long way in building a resilient and flourishing MSMEs in Meghalaya
