As part of the programme, the Governor released several publications, including books and a magazine authored by scholars from Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (KHS), Shillong; a book by Smt. Jaya Kalra; a publication by Ibatriti Myrthong; and a book written by the Hindi Officer of IIM Shillong. The event also featured a special felicitation ceremony, during which the Governor honoured poets for their contributions to Hindi literature. In addition, an arts and painting exhibition was inaugurated by the Governor, followed by a Hindi workshop conducted by Shri Parth Sarthi Pandey of KHS Shillong
