The Inaugural Address was delivered by Shri Friday Sutnga, Director of Commerce and Industries, Government of Meghalaya, who officially opened the workshop and urged all departmental and PSU participants to integrate TReDS within their procurement and payment systems. A detailed presentation and hands-on onboarding session were conducted by Smt. Rajashree Kalita, Manager – East and Northeast, Invoicemart, which was followed by an engaging Q&A session.
