The Hon'ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam District & Session Judge, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat found the accused Shri Ioobha Phawa & Shri Indri Dkhar guilty for an offence punishable U/s 376(2)(g)/34 IPC. Accordingly, the convicts Shri Ioobha Phawa and Indri Dkhar are sentenced to 10(ten) years rigorous imprisonment with fine of ₹ 5000/- (rupees five thousand each) for an offence punishable under 376(2)(g)/34 IPC. A compensation of ₹ 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand) only to be paid to the victim
