On 22 may 2023 at 5.38 PM received information that one unknown person locked himself inside the toilet of Meera Petrol Pump, Norbong, Ri-Bhoi District. Later. when the door was broke open and found one person lying unconscious with syringe in his right hand and immediately he was shifted to Byrnihat PHC for medical assistance. however on arrival at the hospital the doctor declared him brought dead. On completion of all legal formalities, the dead body has been shifted to Civil Hospital, Nongpoh for post mortem examination and kept al Civil Hospital Morgue room
