Addressing the gathering, Rymbui urged villagers not to misuse the vehicle and stressed that it must strictly serve its intended purpose. He also appealed to the Village Durbar to assume full responsibility for the vehicle’s care and maintenance to ensure its long-term benefit for students.

On the occasion, the Minister distributed work orders amounting to ₹ 5 lakhs for the construction of additional classrooms at Kyrweng LP School. The project is expected to enhance the learning environment and accommodate the growing number of students. Additionally, ₹1 lakh was sanctioned for the construction of a school toilet, underscoring the importance of sanitation and public health. Extending developmental support to Sankhat Village, Rymbui handed over work orders worth ₹ 5 lakhs for internal road construction. A further ₹ 2 lakhs was sanctioned for the construction of a boundary wall at RC Sankhat.

Later the same day, a Maruti Super Carry vehicle was handed over to Khonglah Village to support waste management and strengthen the cleanliness initiatives of the Durbar Shnong
