Prohibition for collection of donation in East Khasi Hills District and any violation of this Order, will attract penalty under Section 308 of the BNS and Section 223 of the BNS. In view of the urgency of the matter, this order has been passed exparte and it shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force until further orders
