After completion of trial, the Hon'ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat has found Shri. Rephius Thamar guilty, and convicted him under section 3(a)/4 POCSO Act, 2012. The Hon'ble Court has sentenced him to undergo "Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for 15 (Fifteen) years with fine of ₹50,000/- (Fifty Thousands only)" vide Order dated 06.05.2026
