The Additional Deputy Commissioner & CEO, DDMA, East Khasi Hills District has informed that heavy landslides are reported in and along 11th Mile-Umtyngar Road and public are strongly advised to avoid unnecessary travelling to Sohra. Those who have to travel towards Sohra for unavoidable reasons are advised to take the diversion road adjacent to Mawklot village and proceed towards Shillong Peak-Pomlakrai-Laitlyngkot road
