Title: The Govt. of Meghalaya in supersession of the notification of the ERTS Deptt. No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt27, dated 1st Nov, 2017 hereby specifies the categories of casual taxable persons who shall be exempted from obtaining registration under the said Act.
