Description:
The reserved seat for the state of Meghalaya will be awarded purely on merit as determined by the scores attained in the GUPGET 2026.
First preference will be given to in-service employees of the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya. All eligible in-service candidates will immediately report to the o/o The Director of Health Services Medical Education & Research (DME), Government of Meghalaya once the
Provisional Rank List is declared.
In the event of there being no eligible in-service candidates from the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya, the seat may be allotted to other permanent residents of Meghalaya after due verification of all documents. All expenses are to be borne by the candidate
