Description:
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 163 BNSS, I, Shri. Manish Kumar, IAS, District Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat do hereby prohibit Bulls’ Fight/Animals’ Fight within the entire District of East Jaintia Hills District;
Any violation thereof shall be strictly dealt with as per legal provisions.
In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is passed ex-parte and shall come into force with immediate effect until further orders
