Circular from ERTS Department regarding issuance of Tax Clearance Certificate

This is for general information of all Government Departments and Local Bodies procuring supplies of goods and services or both that the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 and the Central Goods and Service Tax Act do not have a provision for issuances of Tax Clearances certificates.
