Application in standard form with all the relevant certificates, i.e., self-attested photocopies of all academic and professional qualifications, proof of Date of Birth, SC/ST Certificate, passport-size photographs duly attested, and current contact details (Address, Mobile No. and Email Address) are to be submitted to the 10-Bedded Integrated Ayush Hospital, Mawkyrwat, on or before 30th October, 2026 (Up to 5:00 pm). No applicant will be accepted after this date.

Applicant will be fully responsible for the accuracy of information they furnished. Any information furnished by the candidates, if found wrong at any stage, will result in his/her disqualification and dismissal of the services at any stage
