The concerned Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), BLOs and other officials are making concerted efforts to complete the hearings within the prescribed schedule.

However, few Polling Stations require rescheduling of the hearing programme due to certain pending matters. The hearings for such Polling Stations will be rescheduled and conducted on a revised date, which will be duly communicated by the concerned authority. The District Election Authority assures that all pending cases will be taken up and disposed of in accordance with the prescribed procedure and within the revised schedule, with a view to ensuring a fair, transparent and inclusive revision process.
