Description:
The prescribed Application Form may be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, South West Garo Hills, Ampati. Applicants are required to duly fill in the form and submit it, along with all requisite documents, to the Office of the Director, Meghalaya State Lottery, Nokrek Building, Room No. 402, Lower Lachaumiere, Shillong–793001, for necessary processing.
The Deputy Commissioner has advised all concerned to obtain the requisite NOC before organising or conducting any Raffle/Lucky Draw, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
The notice is issued in the interest of proper documentation, scrutiny and compliance with the statutory requirements governing such activities
