Description:
All concerned license holders are directed to submit their applications for renewal in the prescribed Form A-3 along with the required documents in Room 319, Arms Branch, O/o the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong on or before the 20th September, 2026.
License holders are hereby informed that continued possession of firearms after expiry of license is unlawful and liable for legal action.
Failure to comply with the above directions will result in appropriate action under the Arms Act, 1959 and Arms Rules, 2016, including cancellation of license
