Any person found violating or disobeying this Order shall be liable for legal action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and other relevant provisions of law.

In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is passed ex-parte and shall come into force with immediate effect until further orders
