All the Block Development Officers within the District will act as Executive Magistrates for ensuring disposal of cases relating to registration, correction, cancellation, delayed registration, and other matters pertaining to Births and Deaths of applicants falling under their respective jurisdiction.

Henceforth, applications are to be submitted to the respective Block Development Offices for timely disposal of the same.

This Order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders
