Precaution may be kept while planning to visit the Tourist Spots of South Garo Hills. The meteorological departments has forecast thunderstorm with rain in many Districts including South Garo Hills District. In light of this forecast, all the Tourist who have planned to visit South Garo Hills were advised to follow the below mentioned precautionary measures: -

1) All the Tourist who have planned to visit the Tourist Spots of South Garo Hills are advised not to visit remote areas for camping in this week.
2) The Tourist who are coming to see Wari Chora are advised to visit after this bad weather subsides.
3) Tourist can also check for weather updates on the official website of the meteorological department.
4) Tourist are also advised to carry woolens, an umbrella, raincoat, waterproof trekking shoes and walking sticks with them during the journey.
5) Tourists are hence advised to be updated on the information about the weather and routes before coming to the South Garo Hills.
