In order to strengthen disaster preparedness and response mechanisms at the time of a disaster, the District Disaster Management Authority, East Khasi Hills District intends to have a comprehensive database of drone resources available in the District.

Therefore, the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) hereby informs all Government Departments and private individuals/Organizations/Agencies within the district to submit details of available drone assets to the DDMA, Shillong. Private individuals, organizations, and agencies owning drones are encouraged to voluntarily share their details for possible deployment during disaster situations
