Description:
The District Magistrate. East Khasi Hills District has promulgated an Order under Section 163 BNSS prohibiting heavy loaded vehicles, carrying more than 9 MT, from plying along the Thangsning-Thynroit-Mawpyrshong Road and the Mawkynrew-Mynsang-Jatah Road. Anyone found violating this order would be liable for legal action under Section 223 of BNS and other relevant provisions of the law. This order comes into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders
