Description:
The process of Physical Verification of Documents will commence on 22nd September, 2025, and candidates will be called in descending order as per vacancies advertised. List enclosed at Annexure I
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:
1) THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL INTERVIEW. THIS IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ONLY.
2) If 2 (two) or more candidates have secured equal percentage of total marks in the qualifying examination, the order of merit in respect of such candidates shall be fixed on the basis of their age (the person or persons older in age being placed higher in order of merit).
3) If, during the process of physical verification of documents, some documents are found missing or not in order, a window period of 72 (seventy-two) hours will be given to the candidates to correct the discrepancy. No documents will be accepted after the 72 (seventy-two) hours has elapsed.
4) Instruction notes at Annexure II.
5) Candidates who are willing to join immediately may please submit a Declaration of Acceptance as per format enclosed at Annexure III, on a ₹100/- Non-Judicial Stamp.
6) Candidates must personally appear for verification; no representative will be allowed.
