NIGHT CURFEW will be promulgated w.e.f 10:00 PM sharp to 5:00 AM daily in East Khasi Hills District, as part of containment measures. There shall be a total ban on movement during this time. Private transport within East Khasi Hills may ply on Odd-Even number basis with those registration numbers ending in odd number to ply on Monday and those ending in even number to ply on Tuesday and to follow the odd-even sequence thereafter. However, on Sundays the restriction on Odd-Even rule shall not apply. Exemptions only on genuine and urgent basis will be granted which will be regulated vide separate orders. All SOPs are to be strictly followed in the vehicle. Anyone found without a mask is liable to be fined
