With reference to the Health and Family Welfare Department guidelines vide Letter No. Health.225/2021/7 dated 22nd June 2021 which has been endorsed by the Hon’ble High Court, as directed in the said guidelines and as spelled out in this Office Order vide No C&S.2/CVD/2021/ORD/155 dated 22nd June, 2021, it is mandatory that all employees and staff of shops/establishments and drivers, conductors and helpers of local taxis, auto-rickshaws, maxi cabs and buses who choose not to get vaccinated should get themselves tested once in every ten days so as to exercise social responsibility and contribute to the safety of the society by ensuring this safety measure. Any instance of false information furnished regarding vaccination status will be dealt with as per law
