Members of the public who desire to attend the Dak Adalat may attend the same in person at the aforementioned office on the scheduled date and time. Those wishing to submit their grievances in writing may send their complaints by post addressed to the Chief Postmaster General (PG), N.E. Circle, Shillong-793001.
Written complaints must reach the Circle office, Shillong on or before 03.11.2026. Complaints received after the stipulated date will be dealt with through the usual grievance redressal mechanism
