Title: East Khasi Hills Police Issue Hue & Cry Notice for Identification of Deceased Person Found at Mawjaraid

Description:
On 02.07.2026, one person named Shri Arthur Momin, whose photograph and description are indicated below, was found lying dead in a highly decomposed state at Mawjaraid. Accordingly, inquest and other formalities were conducted on the spot. Later, the dead body was shifted to NEIGRIHMS Hospital, Shillong for Post Mortem Examination. After completion of the post mortem examination, the body was kept at the Civil Hospital Morgue Room for identification and claim.
Relatives and acquaintances of the deceased are requested to identify the body at the Civil Hospital Morgue Room, Shillong, and contact the following numbers for claiming the body immediately:
