Title: East Khasi Hills Police Seize 116 Vials of Suspected Heroin During Anti-Infiltration Drive; Two Arrested Under NDPS Act

During the course of checking, ANTF personnel apprehended 2 persons, namely:
Shri Rahim Ali (43 years)
Smti Jaibanu (35 years)
Both husband and wife were found to be in possession of 116 vials containing suspected heroin, weighing 14.42 grams, were recovered from their possession and seized in the presence of independent witness.
In this regard, Sadar P.S. Case No. 242(7)2026 under Sections 21(b)/29 NDPS has been registered and investigated into
