The assistance distributed to the farmers included agricultural implements, water pumps, and other farming equipment aimed at supporting and improving agricultural activities in the area. Prior to the distribution, a brief meeting was held in the office hall and was chaired by Shri T. Diengan, District Horticulture Officer, in the presence of the beneficiary farmers.

Shri Gabriel Wahlang, MLA of Nongstoiñ Constituency and the chief guest of the programme, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of the assistance being provided to the farming community.

Following the meeting, the chief guest formally inaugurated the distribution by cutting the ribbon, marking the official handover of the agricultural equipment and other materials to the farmers
