The programme will be held on Saturday, 28th March 2026, at the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Annexe Hall, Rilbong. The event is being conducted in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Meghalaya, the NSS State Nodal Office Meghalaya, and with active support from the Meghalaya State Assembly Secretariat.

The State Level competition will witness participation from the top five winners from each of the eight district-level Youth Parliament competitions conducted recently across Meghalaya. These participants will showcase their oratory skills and perspectives on the theme: “Union Budget 2026: Strengthening the Indian Youth’s Path Towards Viksit Bharat 2047.”

The initiative leverages the MY Bharat platform as a dynamic bridge connecting the youth of India with policymakers and national leadership. The top three winners from the State Level competition will earn the opportunity to represent Meghalaya at the National Level Youth Parliament, scheduled to be held next month at the Parliament of India, New Delhi, where they will engage with peers from across the country
