Title: Pronouncement of Judgment by the POCSO Court in a Crime Against Minor Case in East Jaintia Hills District

The Hon’ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, pronounced that Shri Pynkloide @ Deibor Phyrnge has been found guilty and is hereby sentenced to undergo:
Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 03 (Three) years and to pay a fine of ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) under relevant provisions; and Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 10 (Ten) years and to pay a fine of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) under Section 4(1) of the POCSO Act
