Renaming of the Official X (Formerly Twitter) Handle of the Government of Meghalaya from MegNIC to Meghalaya Gov

The Information Technology & Communication Department hereby informs that the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Government of Meghalaya has been renamed. The account has been changed from “MegNIC@MeghalayaGov” to “Meghalaya Gov @Meghalaya Gov.” It is also clarified that the official X (Twitter) account @MeghalayaGov is operated and maintained by the Information Technology & Communication Department, Government of Meghalaya, and not by NIC Shillong. All official announcements, updates, and public communications of the Government of Meghalaya will continue to be disseminated through the above-mentioned official handle
