The programme is being coordinated by Shri W. Rynjah, Assistant Director, Management Development Cell, MATI, Shillong. The resource sessions are being led by P.W. Dkhar, Financial Adviser to the Government of Meghalaya, who is serving as the principal resource person throughout the training. Drawing from his extensive experience in public finance and government administration, he is providing participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical perspectives on financial management in government institutions.

The training programme reflects the state government's continued commitment to capacity building and professional development of public servants. By enhancing officials' understanding of financial concepts, rules, and procedures, the initiative aims to promote sound financial governance, improve administrative efficiency, and ensure greater accountability in the management of public resources across South West Garo Hills District.
